Project description and objectives
A group of IT companies from the UAE and Saudi Arabia were invited on a business visit to an Eastern European country to meet with leading local software development companies and high-level government representatives.
The main objectives of the business visit were to assess the country's IT ecosystem, build relationships with potential partners, as well as identify opportunities for outsourcing, technology transfer, and other joint projects.
The Arab Gulf companies were particularly interested in forming long-term partnerships that could support their development strategies and assist them in getting new business opportunities in their home countries.
Accomplishments
The program consisted of 12 meetings: two with government agencies and 10 with major local software development companies.
The delegation gained valuable insights into the country's technology sector, including software development, outsourcing, and R&D capabilities.
